Despite Overwhelming Evidence, Specter Sticks to “Single Shoe Theory”
There’s something fishy to me about how quick Bush’s reaction is. I know, I know, while Dick Cheney has been carrying out the duties of the President for 8 years, Bush has been in the gym or on his mountain bike, so I have no doubt that the guy is in great shape and probably has quick reflexes. Still, he seems to start ducking before the thrower even raises the shoe. I wonder if this is just another headline-stealing diversionary tactic to avert America’s eyes from the fact that the Bushies are basically emptying out the Treasury as they sneak out the back door.
